1 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CareHealthub ("Website", "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("user", "you"), and Phelbotek Healthcare Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of carehealthub.com. By accessing the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features of the Website, including booking health checkups, consulting doctors, or purchasing healthcare packages, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Confirm you are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4 Fees and Payment Terms

CareHealthub offers paid healthcare booking services. To facilitate seamless bookings, we comply with standard financial and transaction requirements:

• All prices and charges listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are securely processed through registered third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made via our site.

5 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide premium services. In case of change of mind or schedule conflicts, the following rules apply:

• Cancellation Window: Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment slot for a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are approved if we are unable to deliver the service due to internal reasons or force majeure.
• Processing Timeframe: Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment source (credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking and payment aggregator guidelines.

6 Service Delivery & Shipping Policy

CareHealthub offers professional healthcare faciliation services. Because our offerings are services, delivery is defined as follows:

• Digital Deliverables: Appointment confirmations, health consulting links, and diagnostic test reports are delivered electronically via email or directly within your account profile on carehealthub.com.
• Delivery Timeline: Diagnostic reports and consultation details are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from the time of sample collection or completion of the consultation.
• Physical Facility: Where home sample collections are scheduled, a certified phlebotomist will arrive within the selected time window at your registered location.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Website (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8 Limitation of Liability

In no event will Phelbotek Healthcare Private Limited, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Phelbotek Healthcare Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kancheepuram / Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
